The location is excellent, ten minutes walk to the stadium. Nice swimming pool, bar.

It is very difficult to communicate with the staff as the don't speak english.

Well the fact that it kept me out of the -21°c outside.

I was very disapointed with this "self" rated 4 star hotel. My 6'5 bed was in fact 2 single beds stuck together, the workmanship in the bathroom was shoddy, maybe not to local standards but to "luxury" it was not. The Staff were not exactly joyous as i suppose they believe unless you wear a suit you can't be rich. Anyway, i really would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient and nice new facility.

No Wi-Fi in room - had to go to lobby. Very inconvenient. They claimed that the new tower where my room was did not have internet yet. They might have told me that before sending me to the new tower.

The location. Very close to Dombass Arena.

The location was perrfect because it is close to the stadium just 2 minuts walking .

The bed are small and short and the breakfast it was poor to be a five stars

Its so close to city centre and It has very good indoor swimingpool .

The fact I could use swimming /sauna/and spa free of charge

I had to call reception on 2 occasions to get room cleaned after pressing service button on wall for this to be done and it was not. After spending most of the day out of room last thing you want to do is have to leave it so maids can clean it

The new hotel built by euro 2012. Real luxury for reasonable money. Nice view from rooms.

New, modern facilities, very spacious rooms, outstanding service for a reasonable price! Surprisingly vast infrustructure and scale in comparison to Kharkiv and Lugansk hotels. The one of the best hotels in Eastern Ukraine I stayed so far.. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Even better than the last time! I was provided with a free upgrade! Was surprised to see a real Thai girl in Spa. Thai massage definitely deserves attention.

Except for front office, staff's knowledge of english is poor. But I guess, it's the problem of all hotels in Donetsk...

Nice clean hotel on the edge of the centre. Going to the city centre takes you 5 minutes by taxi. Clean spacious rooms, air-conditioners work good and can be put on quiet mode. Breakfast is ok.

Excellent conditions, big room with a big comfortable bed and all required amenieties. Staff spoke English so it was easy to stay there. A bit far of center but right next to the Stadium, so it depends on the motives of your stay if the location is good or not

The restaurant wasn't bad, but the first time I went there the service took ages
